Starbucks CopyCat Double Chocolate Chip Frappuccino Recipe
I am incredibly busy these days. In order to get any work done, I usually go to Starbucks for a few hours a couple of times a week to escape the craziness of my household. I love the environment, the smells and the fact that I don’t have a 3 year old climbing all over me insisting that my eyes are only focused on her.
While going Starbucks daily sounds like a dream come true, it can also get pricey. I LOVE their Frappuccinos but HATE the price tag that comes with them. When I do treat myself to one every now and again, it runs me a whopping $4.85 a pop. For someone as cheap as me it gives me a slight pain in the heart every time I hand over my card to be swiped.
I’ve come up with an alternative! Make your own Double Chocolate Chip Frappuccino Recipe at home and take these bad boys with you! They are super easy and CHEAP to make.
Ingredients:
– 1 cup of milk (Whole, reduced fat or Skim)
– 2 tablespoons of sugar
– 1/3 cup of chocolate chips
– 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
– 2 cups of ice
– 1/8-teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup (optional)
I told you it was easy! Now go and enjoy it!
This looks super good! Gotta try for tonight! Thanks for sharing.

I love my coffee so much, I really appreciate this very great information. Thank you for the share.
Believe it or not, I have never had a frappuccino before! I’m not much of a coffee person. But this looks like it would be more of a dessert drink than a coffee drink. Looks delicious!
Gasp!! You are missing out 🙂 I don’t drink coffee, so I love creative fraps

Let me know how it turns out 🙂 Depends on the blogger and if there is a link back to my site. Do you happen to know which site it was? Thanks for letting me know!
AM I MISSING SOMETHING? I CANT FIND WHERE THE COFFEE COMES IN??????
Nope, there’s no coffee. Just an icy chocolate chip drink!
To make it a true coffee drink I use frozen coffee ice cubes instead of plain ice cubes.
Oh, what a great idea!
Don’t you add coffee to yours? Or is that optional? I will try this. I actually like Mcdonalds, chocolate chip frappuccino better than Starbucks. But I will try your recipe, it sounds delicious.
