With just 2-ingredients, you can make your own Strawberry Yogurt Freezer Cups! These delicious pops happen to be one of my favorite go-to treats in the summer because they are so easy to make and they are the perfect way to cool down. Plus, they don’t have all of the sugar and unnecessary stuff that ice cream might contain.
Since making these Strawberry Yogurt Freezer Cups more often, I have switched to using the silicone baking cups and that makes this recipe so much easier and even cuts on cost. Oh, and since discovering my youngest daughter has a dairy allergy, we have since started making a dairy-free option as well.

- 2 cup Yogurt (Plain or Vanilla)
- 1 3.0 oz box Strawberry Gelatin mix
Line a muffin pan with paper liners.
Combine yougurt and gelatin mix and stir until blended.
Fill each liner 2/3 full.
Place in freezer at least 1 hour.
Remove paper liner and optionally top with whipped topping to serve.
