Artichoke Dip Recipe
Wow your friends and family with this easy but delicious artichoke dip. This is my favorite go-to recipe when it’s my turn to bring the appetizers at a get-together. Just a few simple ingredients and you are well on your way to having the perfect dish to pass.
Ingredients:
- 1 can water pack artichokes
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- Dill weed, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
This is what you do:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Chop artichokes into medium fine pieces. Blend together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Stir in the chopped artichokes, Parmesan cheese, dill weed, and garlic powder until well blended. Pour mixture into a buttered oven proof dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until throughly heated.
