What’s Needed
- Wilton 3-Color Swirl Coupler
- 2 Egg whites
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/8 tsp. cotton candy extract (or flavoring of your choice)
- Food Coloring—blue, pink, purple
Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
Beat egg whites on high until stiff peaks form, which is usually about two minutes or so.
Add ½ cup of powdered sugar and beat until glossy and stiff. (about five minutes)
Gently fold in the remaining powdered sugar and the extract until well combined.
Separate meringue into three separate bowls, add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl and gently fold.
Fill three icing bags with each color and attach the 3-color coupler.
Pipe the meringue into small little “piles” on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 1-1 ½ hours, or until dry to the touch.
Allow them to cool, and enjoy these magical little treats!

Calling all Disney fans! As many of you know, it’s Beauty and the Beast month and we are celebrating with these adorable Chip the Teacup cookies!
I remember watching Beauty and the Beast as a young girl and being inspired by Belle. She was so strong, independent and stood up for what she believed in. I’m excited to take my girls to see the reinvented version in hopes to inspire them in the same way.
I just love themed cupcakes and these adorable Polar Bear Paw cupcakes are one of my favorite desserts to make, especially when I am in a hurry. Not only do they look great but they are super easy to make. You can use the cupcake flavor of choice (mine is always chocolate) though I recommend using a light colored frosting so that the coconut “fur” stands out more.
When in a hurry I use a boxed cake mix as well as can frosting. Don’t judge me! I have a clever trick for doubling the amount of frosting if you’re interested. If you are looking to have some fun in the kitchen with the kids, this Polar Bear Paw cupcakes is the perfect recipe to whip up. Your kids are going to love them! And so will you.
How many cookies will this recipe make?
I got about 2 1/2 dozen very small cookies. If I cleaned the squeeze bag out, I may have gotten 3.
