Get the most out of your Nutrisystem plan by drinking more water!
I wake up everyday and think, geez, I really need to drink more water, but the problem is that up until a couple of weeks ago, I didn’t have a plan on how to actually improve.
Here are a few things that I do while being on Nutrisystem that help me stay hydrated and achieve better results:
I always set aside my Nutrisystem lunch at night so all I have to do n the morning is throw it in my bag. So, by placing my drink next to it, it helps me not forget.that way I make sure to leave my house prepared, and I don’t have an excuse to get a last minute soda at work.
Because even when I plan ahead, I still forget. I brought a few bottles of water to work and left them there. Once again, no excuse to not drink water or buy soda.
I switch it up. I drink sparkling water like Perrier or Pellegrino every now and then.. Variety is a good thing.
I use my FitBit app. There are many apps that help you with water consumption by sending you reminders and even rewarding your progress.
Get your friends and family involved. If the people around you know that you are trying to improve at something, they are more likely to support you. So challenge your co-workers to start a “Drink more water challenge” as a group!
Ultimately, it doesn’t matter how you do it, but it matters that you do. Keep enjoying the delicious Nutrisystem and see your health improve!
