“Kids always gravitate toward the simpler and easier to use toys, that’s why the joke that kids sometimes play more with the box the toys came in, than the actual toys themselves. Well, there is something about the simplicity in toy houses and little figurines that my daughter absolutely loves, that’s why we knew that she would love Miss Norah!”
Go! Go! Smart Friends – Busy Sounds Discovery Home Review

Ever since my daughter was little she’s been obsessed with doll houses, toy houses, or any other toy that resembled a home, as she would grab any other toy and start playing home or family in her little toy house. Not only does this make me happy because these toys promote imagination and self-development, but because it’s not my smartphone’s screen that she is staring at!
Clearly, when I was offered the chance to review the Go! Go! Smart Friends Busy Sounds Discovery Home with Miss Norah I knew she would absolutely love it, as not only does it fit the profile for her perfect toy, but it has a ton more features that traditional play houses don’t.
The Go! Go! Smart Friends Busy Sounds Discovery Home isn’t only a super awesome toy house with a kitchen, bathroom. living room and all the other cool house rooms you could imagine, but it even features a backyard, a playground, a BBQ grill, a pet and even a working elevator, yes an elevator for Miss Norah to travel from her living room to the master bedroom!
VTech really took things to another level when by integrating a super cool feature called “Magic Points” and “Magic Chat”. These two features allow kids to have even more fun and learn more while playing with the Go! Go! Smart Friends Busy Sounds Discovery Home. Anytime that Miss Norah or any of her other little buddies travel to a different part of the home, the chip inside of them makes them recognize that particular room and triggers difference actions. For example, every time you put Miss Norah in the elevator, she says, “Are we going up or down?” and the elevator which is a “Magic Point” will recognize Miss Norah and move the elevator up or down on its own (batteries required). It’s totally cool, and it even made me want to get involved and play!
Besides a cool elevator, “Magic Points” and “Magic Chat” activate other cool functions like lights in certain parts of the house, sounds, and if you pair Miss Norah with other Smart Friends, they will even chat with each other and sing-along!
Go! Go! Smart Friends Busy Sounds Discovery Home is everything you expect from a toy as classic and timeless as a toy/doll house, but it brings it up to modern standards by adding really cool and engaging technology, but even more —technology that actually helps your kids learn and develop instead of just keeping them busy with non-sense.
I always know that if my 3 year old daughter is quiet for more than 10 minutes, she his up to no good! But this time, I know that she is actually engaged and playing in her toy room with her Go! Go! Smart Friends Busy Sounds Discovery Home and Miss Norah, because I can hear the little songs and sounds from the house, and because we travel constantly, being able to fold the house and pick it up by its handle to take it with us is pure awesome. Score!
