Minute® Ready to Serve Rice is one of my favorite go-to’s for a delicious dinner that I can put together quickly. Let’s face it, you can put rice with just about anything to make a great meal. Here is one of my favorite on the spot dinner ideas.
What you need:
Minute® Ready to Serve Rice
A can of black beans
Shredded chicken breast (I usually have a few baggies in the freezer)
Shredded cheese
Salsa
Start with your 60 second Minute® Ready to Serve Rice on the bottom. Yep, just 60 seconds! I know… it’s genius!
Add your cooked beans. (You can also throw those bad boys in the microwave)
Layer on the shredded chicken.
Of course we can’t forget the cheese!
And top it off with your favorite salsa or sour cream.
This is a great way to prepare a lunch for the next day. Throw it all in a container and just pack it in the morning. It’s the perfect combination for healthy eating on the go!
