Blue cheese is just one of those things, you either love it or you hate it. It took me a really long time to just like it let alone love it. Now that I do enjoy it, I like to dip my veggies in it if I am eating little on the healthier side, or my wings if I’m not…
With the exception of the blue cheese, you probably have everything you need for this blue cheese dressing in your pantry or fridge, which is another reason I love to make it so much. There’s no added trips to the grocery store. If you want to make a little extra (which you will), double the batch of this easy blue cheese dressing and store in a mason jar! Easy peasy!
