Homemade Whipped Cream Recipe
Nothing beats the taste of homemade whipped cream. All it takes is a bowl and a whisk (or electric mixer) and just a few minutes of your time. It’s so much better for you and doesn’t have all of those yucky preservatives like the store bought stuff. This homemade whipped cream recipe will be your go-to from now on, I promise!
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Make sure mixing bowl and cream are very cold (put in freezer for 15 minutes).
Put sugar into the mixing bowl and add whipping cream.
Whisk until the cream gets stiff peaks.
Use within 8 hours. Re-wisk if it starts to flatten out.

i use powdered sugar in mine! tastes so good!
