Little Tikes Super Chef Kitchen Review

Little Tikes Super Chef Kitchen Review

little-tikes

My 3 year old is always with m in the kitchen. I’m quite amazing at her fascination with cooking at such a young age. She’s always trying to stir, peel or whatever else she can get her little hands on. She wants to be there every step of the way. And naturally, I’m excited to teach her.

When she first laid her eyes on the Little Tikes Super Chef Kitchen she went crazy. We were at a friends house and she refused to stop playing with it. She actually cried all the way home once we finally did leave. That’s why when we got the chance to review it for ourselves I was through the roof. What an awesome surprise! And that it was! I wish I would have captured her face when she first realized what the giant box was.

This super kitchen playset has a play stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee pot and so much more. I love that it’s made out of a super hard plastic which makes it really durable and should last for a really long time. I’m hoping long enough for her to grow out of it.

The design is super modern and fits great in the corner of her play room. There are so many realistic details.

stove

 It was a little bit of a challenge to put together just because it does have so many “working” parts, but the directions were super easy to follow. It took my husband around 45 minutes or so to fully assemble.

The stove burner makes a cute little cooking noise for some added fun.  It did come with some plates, silverware and a pan so she can now cook in her own kitchen.

Fun facts:

Cabinet door opens with storage inside
  • Working microwave and oven doors
  • Clicker knob above oven door
  • Burner has electronic cooking sounds
  • Refrigerator door opens for more storage
  • Chrome look towel rail
  • Feet under base add height
  • Accessories include:
         * 1 – Coffee pot
         * 1 – Phone
         * 1 – Frying pan
         * 2 – plates
         * 2 – cups
         * 2 – forks
         * 2 – knives
         * 2 – spoons

I never realized how dull the lighting is in the play room until I took these pics… A new project for my to-do list. Anyway, if your little one like to cook as much as mine, this is the toy for them. A great size, durable and is made here in the US. What more could you ask for?

Check it out for yourself and let me know your thoughts!

A large and rugged country requires a large and rugged vehicle.
