There are many benefits of using a meal plan. Planning your meals not only saves you money and time but you’re probably going to eat better healthier foods as well.
Ok, let’s get straight to the point. I don’t want to bore you with some three hundred word blog post about how amazing meal planning can be because to be quite honest, I just started using one myself. We’ve been working on a few food changes and meal planning has been my saving grace. I’m not very creative when it comes to food, so being able to look on Pinterest to find a few meal ideas and write them on this free printable meal planner that you can throw in a frame and use with a dry erase marker.
Easy-peasy!
And because I love you all, I have designed this free meal planning workbook you’re going to want to print. It’s twelve pages full of meal planning goodness.

If you have a teen (or pre-teen) daughter, you know how hard communication can be. So many things are changing in their lives and keeping open communication with them as they face these transitional years is so important. My oldest daughter is fourteen and we don’t always see eye to eye on certain subjects. This Mother-Daughter Journal has been a great way for us to communicate as well as learn new things about one another. It’s a 28-page printable filled with awesome prompts to get you and your daughter chatting. You can add more if needed.
With a new year usually comes new goals, resolutions and hopefully better habits. If you’re anything like me though, they don’t tend to stick around for very long. Of course, I have really good intentions, but then life happens. The kids get sick, work piles up, the never-ending pile of laundry gets in the way. There are a hundred reasons why I “forget” about my new lifestyle happenings.
Well, unfortunately, I can’t make any promises that this year will be any different. Though I can promise I will make a conscious effort to take each change one day at a time. This year, I am writing everything down. With all of the technology in the world, there’s nothing like writing your thoughts down on paper. Something magical happens when you write it down on paper and actually see it. Try it! It just might change your life.
