The Perfect Paloma Cocktail Recipe
This is the perfect Paloma Cocktail recipe if you are looking for a delightfully refreshing and sophisticated, compliment to your favorite spicy Mexican food. I fell in love with this drink the last time we visited Mexico and it has been one of my favorites since. I decided to come up with my own version and I hope you will love it as much as I do.
There are plenty of different ways to make a Paloma cocktail, but of course this is the perfect way. I am not bias or anything though…
Ingredients:
- ½ Cup grapefruit juice
- 1 Tbsp agave syrup (you can also use sugar syrup)
- ½ Cup club soda
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
Mix all the delicious ingredients and pour over a short glass filled with ice.
Decorate with 1 grapefruit wedge and 1 lemon wedge. Enjoy!
Tips: If you want to make it boozy but don’t have tequila you can also use white rum. Serve it cold on a summer day with a basket of chips and some guacamole for a quick get together.
Here are a few of my other Mexican inspired recipes I think you will like:
Fried Taco Taters: These potatoes are so yummy! They almost remind me of the potatoes you get at taco bell. I did mine simple but you could certainly dress them up with some nacho cheese, salsa, chives, or anything else you think might be good on them.
Make Your Own Taco Seasoning: Making your own Taco Seasoning is super easy and much healthier for you than the store bought. Plus it tastes so much better. You can add this tons of lunch and dinner ideas.
No Fry Fried Ice Cream Recipe: It takes very little effort to make and tastes pretty incredible. Who knew you could make Fried Ice Cream without actually frying it? Well, you can and I am here to show you how. My kids as for this quite often and it’s a go-to recipe for me for family gatherings.
