I have received compensation for this post as part of a promotional program, but as usual, all opinions and text are my own.
There are two kinds of mornings; the kind when you wake up energetic, refreshed and ready to tackle your day. But first, you look forward to whipping up a delicious breakfast spread from scratch for you and the family. Dreamy, right?
And then there is the other—more common kind of morning; the kind when you drag yourself out of bed. And although pleasing the family sounds like a good idea, you just want to skip forward to the eating a delicious breakfast part.
Guess what? You’re in luck! Because with Bob Evans you can afford to eat a delicious home-cooked, fresh style breakfast, without even moving a finger. Well, you do have to drive to Bob Evans, but you can even do so in your PJ’s. They won’t judge, I promise!
I’ve shared with you about the Bob Evans delicious slow-cooked meals, and their 3-course dinners, and how great they all are, but more importantly how much they taste like they were cooked at home. Well, Bob Evans also has best-in-class breakfasts, and as usual, they use seasonal ingredients that are gathered fresh daily and made with care and love.
We took advantage of a rainy and cloudy Saturday morning to head to Bob Evans to enjoy a delicious breakfast, and I must admit that since were were all feeling pretty lazy, it totally hit the spot.
I ordered a delicious cheese and ham omelette, which is made with 100% fresh eggs collected from Midwestern farms, and enjoyed fresh golden-brown potatoes loaded with sour cream and bacon bits, so delicious! My daughter opted for starting out with fresh-baked buttermilk biscuits, which were quickly lathered in butter and strawberry jelly, and followed with scrambled eggs with fresh and never-frozen sausage links.
Surprisingly, my husband opted for the blueberry crepes (pictured up top) instead of the typical eggs and bacon he always orders. And because he felt extra-healthy that morning, he enjoyed his crops with a side of fresh-fruit. But first, he enjoyed a freshly-baked pecan muffin and a cup of Bob Evans new breakfast blend Harvest Roast coffee.
In case you aren’t into crepes, eggs and omelettes, here are some of the other options Bob Evans offers for best in class breakfast, along with the traditional breakfast items:
